Text just not cutting it anymore to convey your message on Facebook? Well you’re in luck. Facebook has introduced photos to Facebook comments. The feature was originally available for personal accounts and has since been rolled out to brand Pages.
- Hosting an event? Ask guests to upload their photos right in the comment box. It’s a great way to extend their participation beyond the time they’re at the event. Plus, your guests may have captured a great moment that you missed while making sure lunch would be served on time.
- Do you sell a product? Ask users to share a photo of themselves using it. It’s a great way to build a sense of community and allows you to get a better view of the culture of your customers.
- Start a photo contest – and don’t be afraid to get creative with the theme (remember, contests are meant to be fun!). Be sure to clearly outline contest rules and offer a coveted prize for one lucky winner. And make sure you read Facebook’s contest guidelines before launching; we wouldn’t want you getting into trouble.
